Adding a news item:
Once you login your administration area, click on the
News & Announcement icon.
The screen will be as below:
1. Choose Type 'New Article' Radio button

2. Now select which category you wish to
publish your news under:
3. You can add an expiry date for your
news item (It will be automatically deleted on that
date)

4. Now you can fill in the: Title,
Summary and the News Article in the Editor.

Note: You do not need to set the font or size
(unless you want some bold text) as the style sheets we
have been set up take care of this).
5. Once you have finished click the
'Add' button below the Editor to publish to the web
site.
Tip! You can simply paste text from word
documents into the News Article Content area. But...it will transfer all
the word formatting which can have some strange effects when you view in
a web browser. So simply paste your text into notepad to remove any
formatting and then copy and paste it into your editor.
