Weather
A massive thank you to everyone who turned up on Sunday to help clear the area of snow and make it safe for school to open today. As always we greatly appreciate your support.
Whilst we will continue to keep designated areas as clear as possible to ensure everyone’s safety during this continued bad weather, can you please ensure children wear sensible footwear to school and continue to take care on the icy paths around the area. Many thanks.
Walking bus is cancelled until further notice. We will let you know as soon as it will be operating again.
Clubs
There will be no after school clubs this week. We will inform you, by Friday, what clubs will be available and when they will re-start.
Wigan Athletic
Due to the continued bad weather the after school coaching from Wigan Athletic has been cancelled this week and will now, hopefully, start next week on Tuesday 19th January. We will of course let you know if this changes.
PTA Assembly
There will be a special assembly on Friday 15th January in the school hall at 9.00am to celebrate the 10th anniversary of All Saints PTA. Everyone is welcome to come along.
Prospective Parents
There will be a meeting on Friday 15th January at 10.30am in the school hall for prospective parents of children who will be starting school in September 2010.
To aid you in choosing a Primary School for your child you will have the opportunity to see All Saints operating on a normal working day, ask questions of staff and children and watch a short presentation prepared and presented by the Year 6 pupils.
Recycling of Christmas Cards
Please bring your Christmas cards to school during January. All Saints is an Eco-School and will re-cycle them for you.
Class 3 Assembly
This will take place on Friday 22nd January at 9.00am in the school hall. Parents / carers of children in class 3 are welcome to come along.
